Let our mobile bar relieve the stress and ensure your guests drinks are topped up through out your celebrations.
PRICING
All occasions can be catered for and bespoke packages are offered to suit; ensuring your special occasion goes without a hitch.
Our wedding packages are subject to a booking fee to secure your date for our Horsebox mobile bar standard hire. (for our pop-up bar pleases see our pop-up bar page) and includes:
- The Hire of Lakes Horsebox Bar or Pop up Bar
- Licensee & trained staff
- Supply of TENs (temporary events license) if required
- Disposable flutes and cocktail glasses for serving drinks (glassware available for extra charge)

Want to go that extra mile?
We can also arrange bespoke arrival drinks package for your wedding or bubbles to toast for £3.50 per head, & table wine from £15. Just ask and we would be happy to help. Our mobile bar can be as flexible as you.

Prefer to keep things simple on our mobile bar? Opt for our cash bar. Guests will enjoy a fully stocked bar, charged by the drink via cash or card... and at sensible prices. Have any special drinks in mind? No problem we can source your favourite tipple to include in or bar offerings specific for you wedding!

PREPAID / TOKEN BAR
Feeling generous? Then why not offer your wedding guests a prepaid bar or a drink token from our mobile bar?
Put any amount of money behind the bar to provide complimentary drinks for your guests OR provide a set number of tokens to each guest, which can be exchanged for a selection of drinks behind the bar*.
*Additional pre-paid drinks packages can be offered for your guests, please just ask.

DRY HIRE
Already have a selection of drinks that you wish to serve at your wedding? We also offer a dry hire option to allow your guests to experience the vintage feel of Lakes Horsebox mobile Bar.
Disposable glassware and bar staff can be provided at additional cost.

£20/hour for each staff member if required.
